Divorces are obviously never fun and can cause a lot of psychological stress. I have a good friend who is going through the unfortunate situation and have seen first-hand how traumatic it can be. But perhaps there is a wholesome way to mark the occasion and do some good at the same time. 

Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center in New Jersey is offering to name a feral cat after your ex before it spays or neuters it and returns it to the wild. The center said it has received between 40 and 50 donations over the last week as the idea has taken off and that all donations will go toward keeping the program running. 

I told my aforementioned buddy about this and asked him to donate and name a cat after his ex-wife so that the next time I am in the area, I can call every homeless cat I see by her name. I may as well get some enjoyment out of this too. 

Now, the only kind of snipping we did of these RTO Insider stories was editorial.
