A Florida woman saved a life with an extreme act of kindness and was rewarded with a new life of her own.

Back in 2019, Hayley Milks saw a post from someone pleading for a kidney for her fiancé. Upon meeting the couple and finding out she was a 98.8% match, Milks decided to go through with the donation. But one random person giving another random person an organ isn’t the awesome part of the story. No, that’s just called being one heck of a generous person.

It was in the recovery room that Milks was thanked by the couple's family, including the recipient’s brother. And apparently “love at first sight” is a real thing, as the two hit it off so well that they got married last spring. That’s right, this woman went in donating a kidney and came out with her future husband. An easy win all around.
