Everyone knows foxes are sly, as evidenced by the commonly used phrase. And a little fox in Bagshot, England, proved that saying to be ever so true. 

The local RSPCA was alerted to a fox with a possibly injury and sent an animal rescue officer to investigate. The officer found the fox, set down his phone to record the rescue and went to grab some food … only to turn around and see the perfectly fine fox run off with his phone. The phone recorded the short run while in the fox’s mouth before being dropped under a bush. 

The ordeal didn’t take long to resolve itself, and in the end, it was more funny and cute than harmful. Still, this is your five-year reminder to never turn your back on a fox. It may steal your cell phone.
