You will be hard-pressed to find a person who doesn’t emotionally melt at the sight of a fluffy bunny. And it is that common reaction that saved one rabbit from a slaughterhouse and turned him into a social media star. 

Alex, a 30-pound Flemish hare, was rescued from a California meat farm back in 2020 after a couple fell in love with his oversized persona. The couple had done a lot of charity work in their time and decided to make Alex a part of it. Since then, Alex has attended more than 200 events in his motorized Mercedes, as well as visited patients in hospitals and nervous fliers at airports. And he always seems to work his magic. 

Alex is only 3 years old, so he figures to have a lot of emotional healing left to give. Along with being so fluffy.
