Attention everyone: Joie Henney and Wally need our help.

Wally, the emotional support alligator who has garnered much social media attention recently, has gone missing in Georgia. It has been nearly two weeks since Wally went missing while on vacation in Brunswick, and his owner, Joie Henney, has been pleading for the public’s help in finding his best friend. Henney claims Wally was stolen from his enclosure and placed in another person’s yard to “terrorize” them; a trapper then captured and released him into the wild. While the Georgia Department of Natural Resources says a gator was indeed trapped and relocated that day, it said it doesn’t know for sure if it was Wally. Either way, it’s a lead. 

Unfortunately, Wally’s chances alone in the wild are not good, and I think he’s a needle in a haystack at this point. But here’s hoping for the best.
