Bryce Harper is a man of the people. The key word in that sentence is “man,” as in he inherently knows what it takes to help a brother out.

Harper went viral yesterday when a clip of him helping a neighbor ask a girl to the prom made its rounds on the ole interwebs. Haddonfield Memorial student Jake Portella said he knocked on Harper’s door one evening and asked the two-time MVP for his help in securing a prom date. With that, the two went to the girl’s house and popped the question, to which she said yes. I mean, how could anyone say no to Bryce Harper? Smooth move, Portella. 

I’d reminisce about how I asked my date to the prom, but it’s been so long, I can’t even remember. Somehow, someway, she did say yes, though! 

Now, you asked for today’s energy news, and RTO Insider said “yes."
