It appears Helen Denmark knows the secrets to living a long and happy life.

The Alabama woman recently celebrated her 108th birthday and attributed her lengthy life to three things: “drinking wine, eating dessert and flirting with men with mustaches.” Kudos to you, Helen. All those things sound great. I will say that I do two of those things as well. The third … I am not so sure that would go over well with my wife. 

Denmark said she feels no older than she did when she was 107 (We don’t really age a year in a day, do we?) and still plans to be around for her 110th. If she is, I promise her another email celebrating the fact! Happy belated birthday, Helen.
