They say if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. That is, unless you’re trying to pass drugs through an international airport. In that case, you’re just senseless.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport thwarted an attempt to do just that this month, when they busted a man trying to get drugs through the airport … twice in less than a week. The officers first caught the man returning to the country on July 14 with more than 14 pounds of controlled substances. After being arrested and posting bail, the same man was caught only days later trying to board a flight to London with more drugs on him. Now … is he overly determined, or just plain dumb? You can take your pick, but I’m not sure the line is that fine.
The situation is hard to comprehend. Like, they are going to remember your name and face. It hasn’t even been a week. Maybe you should sit in the corner of a cell for a while.
