Artificial intelligence is at it again, and this time it is being entrusted with our future. Literally.

Beginning this month, the David Game College in London will offer General Certificate of Secondary Education students “teacherless” classrooms that are instead taught by AI. The school claims the switch up will help students progress at their own pace, while receiving individual support from “dedicated learning coaches” who will sit in the room and monitor the process. At least those aren’t artificial too. 

The AI is said to constantly evaluate the student while also adjusting the class to fit their strengths and weaknesses. Now that part sounds cool. I could have used some of that in Calc 2 when I couldn’t understand my Greek-accented professor.
