Most of the lottery stories I share have some sort of craziness attached to them. Whether it be the amount of luck or the serendipitous circumstance, they usually leave me in awe (and with some jealousy) as to how everything worked out.

This next story combines three different occurrences of “luck” and gives credence to the phrase “some people have all the luck.” A North Carolina man was at a convenience store when he found $20 laying on the ground (luck No. 1). He decided to use the found money to buy a lottery ticket, but much like our last lottery story, the exact ticket he wanted wasn’t available, and he was forced to play a different game (luck No. 2). And, wouldn’t you know, the ticket ended up being a $1 million winner (luck No. 3). The luck trifecta was complete. 

What was he going to do to celebrate? “Head straight to Golden Corral and eat everything they’ve got.” OK, now I am really jealous.
