“Data” and “centers” were probably the two most typed words here at NetZero Insider this past week as several companies that we cover held their third-quarter earnings calls with analysts.
Fresh off FERC rejecting its proposal to expand a data center at its Susquehanna nuclear plant, Constellation remained bullish on co-location, John Cropley heard, while PSEG said the ruling would not hinder developing data centers in New Jersey and is open to co-location at one of its nuclear plants in the state, Hugh Morley reports.
Meanwhile, Eversource’s exit from the offshore wind business drove a $118 million loss in the third quarter, Jon Lamson wrote, and James Downing covered the North Carolina Utilities Commission’s approval of Duke’s consolidated Carbon Plan and Integrated Resource Plan.
