Ghost riding at extreme speeds. | Guinness World Records Limited

November 8, 2024

Being a stuntman must be both extremely fun and extremely dangerous at the same time. However, I am not sure which side “dragging yourself behind a speeding motorcycle” falls on.

I’d have to ask Jonny Davies, who recently broke the Guinness World Record for “fastest speed dragged behind a motorcycle” at 159.52 mph. Daniels held on with two hands while he slid in titanium shoes behind his modified Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX doing a buck-sixty. His one foot even became airborne after air got under his curved toes. Fortunately, Davies kept it together to break the 25-year-old record.

I’m sure things happened too fast to even process danger or excitement, but either way I would bet the situation would be given a Pucker Factor of 6 or 7.
