This biker gang rides for dumplings. | Midjourney

Oh, the lengths people will go to for good soup dumplings.
More than 100,000 students in China got together for a 50-kilometer bike ride last Friday in search of some delicious soup dumplings. The students, mostly on public share bikes, rode several hours through the Henan province from their campuses in Zhengzhou to the ancient city of Kaifeng for its infamous guan tang bao. College kids + Friday night + soup dumplings = no distance too far. I know no one likes solving equations early in the morning, but that is an easy one.
The problem was that there were so many students, they blocked many roads and overwhelmed the city. The authorities have since taken several measures to prevent it from happening again, but we all know what happens when college kids are told to not do something. They do it again, and worse. Good luck with that, Kaifeng.
